HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
32 oz. hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. melted butter
8 oz. sour cream
8 to 10 oz. Velveeta cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Thaw potatoes. Mix all other ingredients and microwave until cheese melts, about 2 minutes. Add potatoes. Use 9 x 13 pan.

Topping:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1 stick butter, melted

Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
