CORN PUDDING 
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. flour

Melt butter, add flour. Beat egg yolks, salt and sugar. Add to flour mixture. Add milk and corn then beat egg whites until very stiff. Fold into corn mixture. Put into buttered casserole. Place casserole in a pan with water in it and bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. (To test, put knife in the center to see if it comes out clean.)
