Creamy frosting
Green food coloring

Coconut

Prepare cake as directed, baking in paper muffin cups. Remove from oven and let cool.

Prepare frosting, adding a few drops of green food coloring. Frost each cupcake.

Place coconut in plastic bag, add a few drops of green food coloring. Close bag and shake until the coconut is evenly tinted. Empty coconut into a bowl.
