VANILLA CREAM BARS 
FIRST LAYER:

5 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. crushed graham crackers
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts

Mix sugar with cocoa, stir in other ingredients and press in a 9x13 pan. Chill.

SECOND LAYER:

3 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. vanilla instant pudding
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. powdered sugar

Blend all and spread on first layer. Chill.

THIRD LAYER:

4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
1 tbsp. butter

Melt butter and chocolate together. Spread on second layer. Chill. Cut in bars. Keep refrigerated.
