CRESCENT ROLL CHEESE FLAKE 
2 cans crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg, separated, use white on top
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Grease 9 x 13 pan, place 1 can crescent rolls in bottom of pan. Spread cream cheese mixture over rolls. Put other crescent rolls over cheese. Beat egg white and spread over rolls. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve plain or sprinkle with powdered sugar or fruit pie filling.
