BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 lg. bunch broccoli
1/2 lb. bacon
1 c. red onion, diced
1 c. green grapes, halved
1 c. red grapes, halved
1 c. sunflower seeds, unsalted
1 c. celery, diced

DRESSING:

1 c. real mayonnaise
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar

Cook and crumble bacon. Cut broccoli flowerets and stems very small. Mix all ingredients together.

Combine dressing in a separate bowl. Toss salad about one hour before serving. Refrigerate.
