CHICKEN GRAPE SALAD 
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
green grapes
almonds
celery
onions
2 chicken breasts
lettuce
melon balls
strawberries

Cook chicken in boiling water. When tender cool and cut in cubes. Toast almonds and cut in slivers. Combine chicken, sour cream, ginger, mayonnaise, lemon rind, lemon juice, sugar, salt, celery, onions, half of almonds and grapes. Chill well. Serve on lettuce cups with melon balls and strawberries. Sprinkle with remaining almonds.
