1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/3 c. vinegar
1 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. celery seed

Mix sugar, mustard, salt, and onion in blender. Add vinegar and blender. While blender is whirling, slowly add the salad oil, almost drip by drip. (If you do it quickly, the oil and vinegar separate.) Add celery seed. Store in refrigerator. Can be used on green salads or fruit.
