JUNE FATHER'S DAY BAKE CHICKEN 
1 (3 lb.) fryer chicken, cut up
1/2 c. apricot preserves
1/2 c. Catalina salad dressing
1/2 (1.25 oz.) pkg. dried golden onion soup mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Rinse the chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Place the chicken with skin-side up in pan. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon over the chicken. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve with salad, bake potato and Dad's favorite drink.
