PICKLED BLACK EYED PEAS | |
2 (No. 2) cans cooked, drained black eyed peas 1 clove garlic or garlic seasoning 1 c. salad oil 1/4 c. wine vinegar 1/4 c. thinly sliced onion 1/2 tsp. salt Cracked or fresh ground pepper Drain peas and mix all together. Store in refrigerator from 2 days to 2 weeks. Remove garlic after one day. Red kidney beans do the same. |
