1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 c. cooked, diced potatoes
1 c. celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

In a large bowl stir together first 5 ingredients until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, toss to coat well. Cover and chill.
