1 pkg. yeast
4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 egg (beaten)
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. kosher salt

In a big bowl mix together yeast, water, sugar and salt. Stir in flour. Knead on table until dough is smooth. Shape dough into animal shapes. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with kosher salt. Bake for 15 minutes, or until brown, at 425 degrees.
