NUTTY BUTTER MUNCHIES 
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups chopped pecans
1/2 cup salted peanuts

In a mixing bowl, cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in extracts. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in nuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2-inches apart onto greased baking sheets. Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar.

Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool.

Makes 8-1/2 dozen.
