WASSAIL 
1 gal. apple cider
1 qt. unsweetened tea
1/4 c. sugar
3 sm. oranges
1 1/2 tsp. whole cloves

Combine cider, tea and sugar in a large Dutch oven. Stud oranges with cloves. Add to cider mixture. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. Yields 4 1/2 quarts or 8 mugfuls. Great for the holiday season! The aroma pleasantly scents your home and the Wassail is delicious!
