CHALUPA 
1 (3 lb.) pork loin roast
1 lb. pinto beans
2 chopped garlic cloves
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. ground cumin seed
1 tsp. oregano
1 lg. can diced green chili
1 tbsp. salt

Cook roast and all ingredients in a roaster and cover with water. Cook until roast is tender enough to shred, then cook until beans are done. Roll in flour tortillas with cheese. Fry in small amount of oil. Cover with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sour cream, etc.
