CHICKEN CASSEROLE PIE | |
1 chicken 1 c. broth 1/2 stick of butter 1 1/4 c. milk 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 c. Bisquick Diced carrots, potatoes, peas, etc. Boil and debone chicken. Mix broth and soup. Pour over chicken and vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste. Dot with butter. Mix milk and Bisquick. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown. |
