LOW CAL EGG NOG | |
1 1/2 c. egg substitute 2 tbsp. liquid sweetener 2 tbsp. vanilla 2 (12 oz.) cans evaporated skim milk 3 c. nonfat milk 1 tbsp. brandy extract Nutmeg Pour 1 1/2 cup egg substitute into bowl. Mix on medium speed until light and fluffy. Gradually blend liquid sweetener, vanilla, evaporated skim milk, nonfat milk, brandy extract. Chill for 24 hours to blend flavor. To serve, stir well and sprinkle with nutmeg. |
