FRUIT DUMPLINGS 
1 c. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. skim buttermilk
1 tbsp. butter buds, liquid
1 tbsp. Canola oil
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

TO MAKE DOUGH: Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. In small bowl mix buttermilk, butter buds and oil. Make well in center of flour mixture and add liquid mixture, mixing just until combined. Set aside.

FRUIT MIXTURE:

2 pt. any fruit
1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. lemon juice
Pinch of cinnamon

In heavy skillet combine fruit and remaining ingredients and 1/4 cup water. Toss gently, cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, remove cover. Drop dumpling batter by spoonfuls evenly over simmering fruit. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixed. Cover pan tightly with lid or foil and cook for 15 to 17 minutes or until dumplings are firm to touch.

Serve hot with "fat free" yogurt or ice cream.
