HIGH POTASSIUM SALAD | |
1 orange 1 grapefruit 1/2 cantaloupe 1 c. strawberries 1 c. pineapple juice Make segments out of the orange and grapefruit. Make balls or chunks out of the cantaloupe. Cut the strawberries into halves. Pour the pineapple juice over the fruit and toss. Chill. Serves 6. 440 mg. each serving. |
