AVOCADO PIROGUE 
Avocado
Lemon juice
Ketchup
Mayonnaise
Lettuce
Salt and pepper

Fill half of a large ripe peeled avocado with lump crabmeat which has been tossed in a dressing made by adding lemon juice and a tiny amount of ketchup to mayonnaise. Salt and pepper lightly. Wipe the surface of the avocado with a little lemon so it won't turn brown. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
