1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. plain flour
1 egg yolk

Cream butter and sugar together. Add flour and egg; mix well. Press mixture flat onto a jelly roll pan. Bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Top with 6 ounce shaved white chocolate. Spread over "cookie". Top with broken pieces of pecans. Let cool. Cut into small bite-size pieces.
