Chicken cutlets Bacon Sauteed onions Barbecue sauce Monterey Jack cheese Brown chicken. Place on baking sheet or dish. Saute onions, place some on each cutlet. Drizzle barbecue sauce over onions. Place cooked bacon on top of onions and sauce. Cover with cheese. Bake until melted and chicken is cooked through. | |
