PEPPERED STEAK 
1 tbsp. crushed black peppercorns
2 boneless club steaks, 6 oz. each
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. tamari (wheat free)
Dash of hot sauce
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced

Press 1 1/2 teaspoons crushed pepper into each steak with heel of hand. In small bowl combine lemon juice, tamari and hot sauce, set aside.

In another bowl combine parsley and garlic, refrigerate until well chilled. Place steaks on rack in broiler pan and broil about 5 minutes on each side for rare, 7 to 8 minutes for medium. Drizzle lemon juice mixture over steaks while broiling and garlic and parsley mixture. Serves 2. Single serving = 4 ounces protein.
