MARINATED TOMATO SLICES | |
3 med. fresh tomatoes, sliced 1/4" thick 4 lettuce leaves 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. basil 1 tbsp. dried minced onion 2 tbsp. wine vinegar 1 1/2 tsp. oil Arrange tomato slices over lettuce on serving platter. In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients well. Spoon a small amount of marinade on each tomato slice. Cover and chill one hour before serving. Makes 4 servings. Each serving equals approximately 55 calories. |
