TONY'S ALL-PURPOSE FAMOUS CREOLE
SEASONING
 
1 (26 oz.) box free flowing salt (Morton's)
1 1/2 oz. ground black pepper
1 oz. pure garlic powder
2 oz. ground red pepper
1 oz. chili powder
1 oz. Accent (MSG)

Mix well and use like salt. When it's salty enough, it's seasoned to perfection. Use generously on everything.

Note: If too peppery for children, add more salt to mixture, then season to taste.

SEAFOOD SEASONING:

1 tsp. powdered thyme
1 tsp. bay leaf
1 tsp. sweet basil

Season seafood with half of creole mixture. Add thyme, bay leaf and basil.
