TOFFEE BARS 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
Saltine crackers

Line cookie sheet with foil. Place one layer of saltine crackers on foil. Melt butter in a large, deep saucepan and stir in brown sugar. Bring to boil and allow to boil 3 minutes. Pour and spread over crackers. Bake at 325 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over top, spreading as they melt. Freeze for 1 hour and break apart. Store in refrigerator.
