SEAFOOD GUMBO 
1/2 c. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 qt. water (4 c.)
16 oz. tomato sauce
10 oz. sliced frozen okra
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 lb. cod or snapper fillet
1 1/2 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp
1/2 lb. crab meat
1 tsp. basil

Melt butter in large pot. Add flour and blend into smooth paste. Add water, tomato sauce, okra and salt. Simmer, covered for 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients 15 minutes prior to serving. Serve hot over rice. Delicious reheated the next day!
