2 c. cubed ham
1 pkg. broccoli, chopped
1/4 c. onion, sauteed
1/2 sm. jar Cheez Whiz, thinned with milk
1 c. minute rice, uncooked

Mix and bake in buttered casserole 1 hour at 350 degrees.
