STRAWBERRY JELLO PIE | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello 1 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant) 2 c. water Put all ingredients in pan. Bring to a boil. Remove from stove and pour into a bowl. Refrigerate until it starts to thicken and shimmer. Add 2 cups sliced strawberries. Pour mixture into a baked 8 inch (deep dish) pie shell. Refrigerate. Add whipped cream and whole strawberries on top when ready to serve. You may use frozen strawberries. (No sugar.) |
