SWEDISH TEA RINGS 
2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Prepare yeast and lukewarm water in large bowl. Scald milk. Pour over salt, butter, sugar; add to yeast. Add eggs. Beat in flour. Knead. Let rise in warm place. Separate dough into 2 parts. On floured surface, roll dough out flat. Brush butter over dough.

Sprinkle on brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts (be generous). Roll into hot dog shape. Turn into horse shoe shape. Using scissors cut almost all the way through. Turn each slice until you can see the inside of roll. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. (Do not over cook.) Cool. Cover with glaze.
