SWEET SOUR PORK 
2 lbs. pork, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, save juice
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. tomato paste
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 onion
1 green pepper
Flour
Oil for stir fry
2 eggs, beaten with fork

Heat together orange juice, paste, pineapple juice, vinegar, sugar and salt. Add enough cornstarch to thicken slightly. Saute onion and green pepper together. Add drained pineapple, onion and pepper along with the fruit sauce.

Soak pork in soy sauce for 1/2 hour. Drain well and dip in flour, then into beaten eggs. Re-flour. Stir fry meat in hot oil. Drain well. Sauce may be served alone over rice or mixed with meat and poured over rice.
