SPANISH PEANUT BARS 
1 c. sugar
1 c. corn syrup
Dash of salt
2 c. peanut butter
2 c. Rice Krispies
2 c. corn flakes
2 c. Spanish peanuts

FROSTING:

1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat sugar, syrup and salt until it boils. Add peanut butter. Pour this over mixture of cereals and peanuts. Mix well and put in 9"x13" pan.

FROSTING: Heat butter, milk and 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Add 1 cup powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well. Spread on bars.
