SPANISH PEANUT BARS 
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. Spanish peanuts
6 oz. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. corn syrup
2 1/2 tbsp. butter

Mix first 3 ingredients together and pat in a 9x13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle peanuts on top. Melt butterscotch chips, syrup and remaining butter together. Pour over nuts and bake 10 minutes or until bubbly. Cut while still warm.
