1 sm. firm head cabbage (about 1 1/4 lb.) 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. black pepper 1/2 c. crushed pineapple 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt 1/2 c. raisins Cut the stalk end from the cabbage, and remove any discolored or limp outer leaves. Quarter the cabbage lengthwise, and trim off and discard the core at the point of each quarter. Cut the sections of the cabbage into very thin slices. Place the slices in a bowl and toss with the mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, pepper, raisins and crushed pineapple. You can also add any other ingredients if you wish. 1 Thess. 4:17 - So shall we ever be with the Lord. |
