POTATO CHARLIES 
3 oz. cooked potatoes
1/2 tsp. instant non-fat dry milk
1 tsp. water
2 tsp. butter
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. dried onion flakes
Dash salt and pepper
3 oz. flaked tuna
Paprika

Mash potato with fork; add milk, water, butter, celery salt, dried onion flakes, salt and pepper. Add tuna and shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. Sprinkle with paprika. Place on non-stick baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 1 serving.
