SPINACH PIE 
8 oz. cottage cheese
12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
2 pkg. frozen spinach, boiled and well drained
10-15 sliced scallions
1 pkg. pie shells, 10 inch deep dish

Mix everything in bowl. Pour into 2 pie shells. Bake at 425 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
