CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 chicken 1 bell pepper 1 small onion 1 can cream of chicken 8 oz. Cheddar cheese 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese 16 oz. box spaghetti noodles Cook chicken and take off bone. Use 1/2 of chicken broth and add 1 diced bell pepper, 1 small chopped onion and spaghetti. Cook noodles until done and drain. Using other portion of broth to equal 1 can of cream of chicken soup and mix to spaghetti. Put half of spaghetti in 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Sprinkle Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese on top of spaghetti. Put remaining half of spaghetti on top of cheese and sprinkle more of the cheeses on top of spaghetti. Put in oven until cheese has melted. |
