SHRIMP SALAD 
1/4 c. raw white rice
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chopped onions
1 tbsp. chopped stuffed olives
3/4 c. diced raw cauliflower
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cooked shrimp (3/4 lb.)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. French dressing
1/4 c. slivered green pepper
dash pepper
1/2 head lettuce (finely shredded)

Cook rice and chill. Meanwhile, clean shrimp and cut in 1/2 inch pieces. Combine with remaining ingredients except lettuce. Serve on individual beds of lettuce. Serves 4.
