5 c. flour (self-rising)
3 c. hot dried apples
3 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. cloves
1 lg. box raisins
3 c. nuts
Fruit and peels or candied cherry

Mix all ingredients together except nuts and raisins. Add nuts and raisins last. Cook in tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 50 minutes.
