1 dozen eggs (hard boiled)
1/4 cup real mayonnaise
2 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach
1/2 cup bacon bits (real bacon)
2 teaspoons butter, softened
2 teaspoons black pepper

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop yolks into a small mixing bowl and mash with fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves. Chill until ready to serve.
