CRANBERRY RELISH MOLD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 can cranberry jelly sauce
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. orange juice
Grated rind of 1 orange

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cranberry sauce, pineapple with syrup, orange juice, and rind and stir until blended. Pour mixture into 5-cup mold and chill. 8 to 10 servings.
