TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. salad dressing
1-1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. cold water

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground chuck. Prepare taco seasoning as package directs. Mix sour cream, salad dressing and cheese. Mix Bisquick with water. Pat into bottom of greased pie plate. Layer meat mixture then cheese mixture on top of Bisquick layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve with shredded lettuce and taco sauce.
