DIABETIC JAM OR JELLY 
1 env. Knox gelatin
1/2 c. water
12 oz. berries, any kind
13 pkgs. Equal

Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water, use the other 1/4 cup with fruit; bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat until done. Stir in gelatin and remove from heat. Cool slightly and stir in Equal. Freeze after putting into containers. Gelatin will turn to liquid if sealed and unfrozen.
