CHICKEN BREASTS WITH ALMONDS 
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 c. ground almonds
6 bone-in chicken breasts
6 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix cream and mustard together. Dip each chicken breasts in cream mixture and then roll in ground almonds. Put chicken in baking pan and drizzle melted butter over chicken breasts. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
