TANGY HAM LOAF 
1 lb. ground ham
1/3 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
Dash of pepper

Push in 9 x 5 x 2 inch loaf pan. Combine; pour over meat 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, 1/4 cup tomato juice or ketchup, 1 teaspoon dry mustard, and 1 teaspoon vinegar. Cook in microwave on full power for 9-11 minutes or until temperature of 160 degrees.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
