SHRIMP CREOLE 
1 lg. green pepper, sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 sm. clove garlic, minced (optional)
2 tbsp. shortening
1 (10 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of Tabasco
1 lg. shrimp, fresh or frozen cooked and cleaned
3 c. cooked rice

Cook green pepper, onion, garlic in shortening in covered skillet (electric fry pan) over low hat until tender. Stir in soup, water, lemon juice, seasonings and shrimp. Cook about 10 minutes. Stir often. Serve with rice. Makes 4-6 servings.
