2 c. flour
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. salt
2 tbsp. alum
2 c. water

Mix flour, alum and oil together in bowl and set aside. Bring 2 cups of water and 1/2 cup salt to a boil. When water and salt have boiled, add to flour mixture. Stir until all flour is moist. Knead 15 minutes while mixture is hot. Add food coloring and knead again. Store in airtight containers.
