DINNER BUNS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. scalded milk, cooled
3 c. sifted flour
1 egg white, beaten
2 tbsp. melted fat
1 tbsp. salt

Dissolve yeast and sugar in milk. Add 1 1/2 cups flour. Beat until smooth. Add stiffly beaten egg white, fat, salt, and the remaining flour to make a firm dough. Let rise until double in bulk. Shape into buns and put in a well greased pan. Let rise. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
