AVOCADO SALAD 
1/2 avocado
Cooked shrimp (small)
Green onions, cut up
India relish, to taste
Mayonnaise
Chili sauce

Remove seed only from 1/2 avocado. Fill with small cooked shrimp. Top with green onions. Place on lettuce leaf. Top with India relish to taste, mayonnaise, and enough chili sauce to tint the mayonnaise.
