APPLESAUCE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
2/3 c. red hots
1 c. boiling water
1 c. thick applesauce
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, well drained

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Add red hots to water, bring to a boil or until red hots are dissolved. Add Jello, stir until dissolved. Add applesauce and pineapple. Put 1/2 mixture into mold and let harden.

CREAM: Mix together everything (ingredients). Spread over hardened applesauce mixture. Add remaining Jello mixture; chill.
